He holds a diploma in Fine Arts from Cairo, Picar Studio, Department of Painting, 1955 - School of Fine Arts in Paris, Yankel Studio - France 1971. His diploma is from Los Angeles. He has held many solo exhibitions in Egypt and abroad, totaling about 100 different exhibitions around the capitals of the world, and he has many collections in Egypt and abroad. In February 2019, artist George Bahgoury established a private museum for his works in painting and sculpture, which he considers a visual biography of his observations and impressions of his country over 50 years, as well as his feelings about every detail related to coffee, shisha, the street, and his love for Egypt and the Nile.
