Randa Foaud

an Egyptian Contemporary Artist with a Development background. She is the Founder and President of The World Art
Forum for Development Foundation. Ms. Fouad graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science Cairo University and
Started her career at the UN in Bahrain. Afterwards she headed the London Times office in the Middle East from Cairo. In Addition, she
was the Senior Advisor for The Egyptian Ministry of Environment and is one of Egypt’s Environmental Pioneers.Ms. Fouad followed her
passion and started her career as an artist in 2010 believing in the importance of Art as a partner in Sustainable Development .She
combines in her paintings between intriguing, powerful colors while mixing her Art Work in a modern abstract style keeping her own
iden7ty and courageous mixture of colors, harmony and composition. She organized more than 15 solo exhibitions and her Art Work is
aquisited in different countries in Europe, USA and the Middle East ex .Ms. Fouad is a visiting professor at both UCLA and Beirut
University lecturing on issues related to art and development, advocating and launching Sustainable Art Initiaties. Creative Economy
and Green culture made her Egypt’s first Sustainable Art Guru. Ms. Fouad received severalinterna7onal awards for her Art Work and
for merging Art with Social Issues such as the International Women of Heart Foundation WOHA Award in recognition for her efforts.
