Abdel Aziz Elguindy

Born in Cairo in 1968.- Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University.- Egyptian visual artist.- Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1991, Department of Graphics.- Received a master's degree in 1996.- Obtained a doctorate in 2001.- Member of the Syndicate of Plastic Artists.- Founder of the Single Shot Artists group and has supervised it since 2002.- Worked as a political cartoonist in several organizations such as 'Sabah Al-Khair' magazine.- Worked in animation and book arts.- Nominated for the State Award for Excellence through Helwan University in 2022 and by the Syndicate of Plastic Artists in 2024.- Participated in many solo and group exhibitions since he was a student.- Received four awards in the Youth Salon and one award at the Ismailia Film Festival.- Served as a member of various juries in visual arts, animation, and caricature.- Honored and awarded the Golden Pen as a guest of honor at the sixth Dr. Nawar Drawing Award at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Russian University in 2024.- Honored by the Ministry of Culture on Culture Day to celebrate Egypt's creative individuals in 2025.
