Essam Kamal

The visual artist, Essam Kamal, was born in Qalyubia Governorate in 1966. He is a member of the syndicate of visual artists. The works of the artist can be considered a documentation of the social fabric, including workers, farmers, and craftsmen. He also highlights in some of his paintings rural scenes that convey the uniqueness of the Egyptian environment. The artist possesses a distinctive artistic style capable of transforming a flat scene into one with dimensions and depth through his impressionistic approach. Essam Kamal has participated in numerous exhibitions both in Egypt and abroad, including an exhibition in Morocco, the Venice International Small Works Exhibition - Visual Arts Sector, and the Dubai International Exhibition 2020. He also participated in the 40th and 45th general exhibitions in 2024.
